The Trial Store is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you can return products and receive refunds. By making a purchase with us, you agree to these terms.


RETURN POLICY



Eligibility
: Products can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Returns are only eligible in incase of product defects or issues. Product dissatisfaction is not eligible to return.

Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Products must be only returned with a genuine reason of defect in the fabric or print.

Reverse Shipment Charge:

  • No Charge: If the return is due to a damaged product. We provide a Free return for the product in case of any fabric damage or print damage. if any shipment is not delivered to you, we will have an investigation and refund the amount. 

Procedure:

  • Initiate a Return: Contact our customer support via email at support@thetrialstore.in or phone at +91(88003-22785) within 10 days of receiving the product.
  • Verification: Our team will verify the return request and provide further instructions.
  • Dispatch: Once verified, the customer will create the package and send the parcel through the nearest Indian Speed Post.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected for damage and to ensure it is in the same condition as delivered.
  • Approval: If the return is approved, the refund process will be initiated.


NOTE: SIZE ABOVE 2XL ARE NOT RETURNABLE AND REFUNDABLE


REFUND POLICY



Eligibility
: Refunds are applicable for returned products that meet the return criteria.

    Procedure:

    • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 business day, deducting the Rs 199.
    • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds will be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    EXCHANGE POLICY



    Eligibility

    • Exchanges are allowed only when there is a size issue. One of some steps includes a quality check by the team & we reserve a right to decline the request if the product is used/damaged.
    • Exchanges are subject to availability, if the desired size is not in stock, you will be refunded
    • We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to help you.
    • We use 2 options for the exchange process:
    1. Sending the Product Via Speed Post: The product shall be packed and send by the customer to our warehouse. The shipping charges of speed post would be 30-80. If your shipping cost is above ₹100, we’ll cover the extra! (Example: If it’s ₹150, we’ll reimburse ₹50).
    2. Return Pickup Service: For return pickup service, the exchange charges are ₹250. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering the new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one-way charges.
    • Exchanged product gets shipped as soon as we receive the returned product. The whole process takes about 7-9 days.
    • In case of return pick-up, if the area pin-code falls under non-serviceable category, then you will be informed & hence we expect you to send it via your local courier centre. In this case, you will not be charged anything for the exchange process.
    • Products purchased on any type of sales cannot be exchanged.
    • In case of a damaged product, we request you to provide an unboxing video, Once verified, We will initiate a return pickup and provide a refund in the form of store credits.
      Products purchased on any type of sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
       

    The customers should raise the issue and contact us within 1-2 days (or within reasonable time) .

    Once the exchange is approved the respective team will initiate the exchange process and will explain the process on call

    Non-Exchangable Items

    Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

    • Hoodies
    • Gift cards
    • Sale items (if applicable)
